We are looking for individuals with the skills to contribute to and grow with our organization.

We are a busy Erosion Control & Reclamation business located in Keenesburg, CO. Our scope of work includes Erosion Control Blanket installation, plantings, soil lifts, seeding, hydromulching and general river and creek bank restoration and maintenance.

Erosion Control Technicians and Supervisors

Starting Wage: $20.00+ per hour based on experience

Laborers have the opportunity to work and learn in a hands-on environment that includes installing retaining walls, hardscape, plants, trees and basic irrigation. This is NOT lawn maintenance.

The minimum skills and requirements for this job are:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Provide documents verifying age and eligibility to work
  • Ability to pass background and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation to/from our shop in Keenesburg, CO.
  • Show up on time for all scheduled work days
  • Willingness and ability to learn additional skills, proper use of tools and equipment
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Follow specific written and oral instructions
  • Must be able to endure hard manual labor in all types of outdoor conditions year round
  • Be able to walk, kneel, stoop, work on uneven surfaces for 8+ hours per work shift
  • Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds multiple times during the work shift

This is a full time job, working outside, year round, mostly M-F 8am-4:30pm. We pay weekly and offer paid holidays after 30 days employment and the opportunity for performance based pay increases, overtime and growth potential.

Physical Requirements

All Arrowhead Landscaping, Inc. Landscape /Erosion Control Technicians and Supervisor positions require constant moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Frequent ascends/descends on embankment to perform work. Frequently operates machinery and will use hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials. Frequently required to stand and walk, lift a minimum of 75 lbs. multiple times during a work shift. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Constantly required to communicate with ability to talk and hear. Job will require constantly working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and exposure to elements. This can include heavy to moderate noise, extreme proximity to moving equipment or machinery, proximity to electrical energy, exposure to tools and machines used in construction.
